Brigade Dashboard
The Brigade Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of your brigade's operational capability and member progression.
The core qualifications breakdown shows how members are distributed across qualification levels – from Bush Firefighter through to Crew Leader. This is particularly useful for succession planning, as it helps you identify gaps in your progression pipeline. For example, many brigades have experienced members holding Crew Leader qualifications but fewer newer members coming through at the Bush Firefighter or Village Firefighter levels. This view helps you spot those imbalances early and plan accordingly.
The specialised qualifications section breaks down qualifications by member status (Active, Reserve, or Inactive), giving you a clear picture of your brigade's current operational capability based on who's actually available.
You can filter the view by member status using the pie chart, and hover over any qualification to see exactly who holds it along with their expiry dates in a tooltip.
